How do I change my password?

You can amend password under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select ‘Change Password’

How can I change my contact details?

You can amend some of your details under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select the area you want to edit

Managing users

How can I register someone to use the Portal?

Only the Head of Manufacturing has the authority to request a new user. This is done by completing a new user form and sending it to fabdignityinfo@fabrics-uk.net 

On receipt of notification it can take up to 5 working days to make changes.

How can I amend my delivery addresses?

You are unable to amend the delivery address, all orders (including Specials) are Delivered directly to:

Dignity Manufacturing

The Airfield Industrial Estate

Beverley Road

Hutton

Cranswick

YO25 9QE

Why can’t I change the billing address?

All orders are Invoiced directly to:

Dignity Funeral Directors Accounts Department

Dignity Manufacturing

The Airfield Industrial Estate

Cranswick

YO25 9QE

What are the different shipping options?

For Special Orders (of Interior Suite 469/607/606), delivery date can be 2 working days from the order date.

For all other orders delivery can be 8 days from the order date, up to 7 weeks in advance

 

What else do I need to know about shipping?

The cut off time for your order to be processed is 16:30

You can only order Specials on their own, they cannot be mixed in with normal products

Delivery is to Cranswick only

If you have requested Fabrics UK Ltd to change your delivery date, this date will not be updated on your order when you next log in. Although, you can ask for a note to be added to your order, so you can see that under 'My Account'.

How do I pay?

Your order is Invoiced directly to Dignity Funeral Directors Cranswick Office.

How can I view my past and current orders?

You can view your past and current orders in Order History under your Account Details:

3. Select ‘Details’ on the order you’re interested in

How can I re-order?

You can reorder off your past orders. You can view your past orders in Order History under your Account Details:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Orders’
3. Select ‘Details’ on the order you’re interested in
4. Then you can select ‘Re-order’
5. You can then edit your basket
